Inter To Include Four Players In Deal For Gareth Bale

Inter Milan are keen to bolster their squad further, under new boss Gian Piero Gasperini this summer.

The latest reports have suggested that the former Genoa tactician has reignited the club’s interest in Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale, and is considering his options at this point in time.

Despite Harry Redknapp remaining adamant that his star Welshman is not for sale, Telelombardia has revealed that the Nerazzurri are considering a quartet of players who could be used as potential makeweights, in order to bring down the cash component of the deal.

Bale is valued at around £35 million by Spurs, however with the likes of Diego Milito, Goran Pandev, Maicon and Philippe Coutinho thrown into the deal, that fee would considerably decrease.

Inter are yet to formalize an offer for the winger, but he is viewed by Gasperini as the ideal addition to his squad for the upcoming season.

Are you drunk? Who came up with that list of “exchange players”?
There should be a law against lying, that way I didn’t have to click on every other article on NewsNow…

Firstly, we are trying to REDUCE the size of our squad. Secondly, trading one homegrown player for any number of non-homegrowns is just not going to work. Thirdly, IF we would swap Bale for Inter Milan players, the mix would HAVE to include Wesley Sneijder, as well as Milito and Pandev. Since it won’t, it’s better for Inter not to waste everybody’s time by talking about fantasy transfers.

You’ve obviously just made this completely up. When has a deal like that ever happened? No quotes, not even fake sources, just wishful thinking on your part. Sports journalists have the least credibility of all journalists.

  4. Spurstough says:

You couldn’t make this stuff up!

  5. DubstepScouser says:

I’m sure Spurs would be delighted to hear they value Bale at GBP35m – since when? – what planet are you on Adrian! And why exactly would Spurs would be happy to swap him for 30-yr old Maicon, who (22-yr old) Bale made look like a pedestrian schoolboy when they met.

  6. Ivor Biggen says:

Tottenham never put any valuation on none of their top assets, no idea where you made up the number £35 million from. As a matter of fact unless you can back your claim, I am afraid you are publishing a false information which your site admin more than likely will disagree..Get your facts right before writing such a drivel..Every club in the world would like Bale but as Daniel Levy said, none of Spurs top players will be sold..Modric,Dawson,Bale,Lennon,Sandro,Van Der Vaart and alike.

The Itiy’s are at it again, ha ha ha ha ha ha.

  8. Tim L says:

Anyone who writes “at this point in time” is clearly a dumb-head. Pure speculation masquerading as news. This is probably the worst Spurs piece I have seen this close-season.

  9. tranquilo says:

i would send him packing in exchange for those four in a hurry.

  10. Ingarius says:

    What a load of crap.

I can understand Inter would be interested in a deal like that. Reducing their overall costs on wages.

And for spurs it would work the other way around.
    A really really expensive deal.

    Not going to happen

  11. bob says:

Whilst this is obviously a load of rubbish are you seriously telling me that if we were offered Milito, Maicon and cash you wouldn’t consider a deal?

  12. Dave says:

The Man From Del Monte. He Talk Shit.

  13. Bats says:

What a load of wank this article is

  14. hahahahha so firstly Bale is valued at £35m? and it won’t be a straight swap for Milito, maicon, Pandev and Coutinho? so that is about £50/£60m worth of players you have just named there and all that will do is bring Bale’s price down? so you’re saying it’s 4 players plus cash for Bale?

I was annoyed but now I see that you and Vital Football are obviously having a competition for the most preposterous articles possible – Could you let us all know what the prize is please?

  15. Bazza says:

Jokers, Bale has already publicly ruled himself out of any move this summer! Levy has said he will sell none of his top players…GET UR FACTS RIGHT!

  16. David says:

What an absolute joke of an article. You must be bored with this quiet summer transfer window so decided to make shit up.

Striking a deal for one player is a complicated and difficult transaction. A deal involving 4 players is a miracle that would never happen.

  17. Me says:

Maicon the guy Bale ripped to shreads, were really gonna go for that one! Utter tripe as usual, invented valuations by papers and idiots like you take them as gospel. Pathetic story.

  18. davspursoriverbiggerone says:

What a joke Spurs are not selling 25 year old Modric for 35 million yet 22 year old evolving monster Bale is only 35 million. You have a web site and a responsibly to print the truth not fiction, Bale wont be sold unless we have a bad season and i think we will have a great season.

  19. ped says:

i hear that barcelona are about to offer messi, de silva, david villa, milito & keita + £30 million for robbie keane….

  20. amf00769 says:

    Slow news day in Italy.
    NO NOT FOR SALE!
and for the benefit of the Italians
    NO NON IN VENDITA!

  21. Tru says:

hahahaha this is class!!! you should be a comedian my friend!

  22. ´spurs.dk says:

Ped you’ve got your facts wrong. That offer was for Bentley…

  23. Beardo says:

Ped, surely we could also give them Bentley as well as keane and up that to £40m or Valdes

  24. David Schiavone says:

Whether or not it is true remains to be seen but it was reported by Italian TV station Telelombardia.

Not us, we are relaying the information to you. So less of the downright idiotic comments.

  25. Spursforme says:

Its all rubbish, Spurs cant afford the wage bill that would be required. Bale is not ready to move yet still has a season of learning to do. I agree next summer IF we are not qualified for 4th spot will see Moders, Bale and Van the man move on. BUT not the summer.

I think we need NO new average players, we need to offload 4 or 5 of our own average players then bring in 1 top, top class forward and a top, top class left back. then were cooking.

  26. like all these comments. But it’ll take a miracle for this sort of transfer to happen. Sorry mate, no chance in hell this will happen.

  27. Tony says:

Maybe if we sold the other 25 members of our squad, we could afford the wages for this bus load.

  28. Aicher says:

why do web site’s bother to comment on this

  29. i can’t see bale leaving the prem if he leaves spurs then its most likely to one of the top 4 clubs

  30. ped says:

    hey!!!
c’mon the barca story’s for real…. my dead granny read it in the tea bag which split in the bottom of her cup… last night..
