AC Milan are the frontrunners to sign Cesc Fabregas from Arsenal, according to the latest reports.
The Gunners’ skipper has been linked with a move home to Barcelona for the past three seasons, however having met the English club’s demands, the Rossoneri are in pole position to sign the player.
Cristiano Ruiu, who works for Telelombardia Antennatre, confirmed the agreements, suggesting that Fabregas will join the Italian champions in late August.
“For the last 10 to 15 days, I have to say that sources have told me Mr X is Fabregas,” Ruiu told Tuttomercatoweb, in regards to the Milan target that vice-president Adriano Galliani has refused to name.
“He will arrive in late August.
“There are agreements with Arsenal and with the entourage of the player, thanks to the mediation of Mino Raiola, who in these last days, has been in London.”
The Catalan giants were also reportedly in London a few days ago, however on the back of a countless number of rejected bids, their chances of securing the talisman are now looking slim.

This story is garbage….
This is the most absurd story ever. Absolutely absurd. Fabregas to Milan? Hahahahahahahaha.
Hahahahahahaha! Deluded Milanese fools! He isnt even going to barca the cheapskate frauds! He 100% definitely isnt gojng to a 2nd rate league thats for certain.
We should flog him to the highest bidder. In fact Barca can’t pay the asking price and they think by shouting hoax, Fabregas will be sold cheap.
Wow you Arsenal guys really take this stuff to heart, huh?
I hope to see Fabregas in Milan late August
haha arsenal fans quickly trying to rubbish it.
Berlesconi promised a big name star so this makes sense. AC have a chance of winning Champions League next season as opposed to Gunners …0%
This can definitely happen. Its natural that he want to play for a bigger club, one of the biggest of all time, where he can win trophies Arsenal cant provide him. Good luck.
Really mehn, ya’ll gunna’s are really taking dis thing to heart. All I know is dis thing can happen… Kst saying.
