Fiorentina are reportedly ready to make an offer of around £6 million for Arsenal’s Marouane Chamakh.
It was claimed that the North London club blocked a loan bid in the recent January transfer window but Fiorentina are seemingly prepared to try and get their man on a permanent deal.
Chamakh has never successfully settled in England but prior to his spell with the Gunners he spent 9 years with Bordeaux. In his penultimate season with the French club he shot to prominence, with his goals a major factor in a league and cup double winning campaign.
La Viola obviously believe he can recapture that form and with Arsenal looking to rebuild it is likely that the right bid would land the Moroccan international.
