AC Milan season ticket sales plummet
Since the sale of top stars Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. season ticket sales for AC Milan are at an all time low.
After heavy protests, fans have initiated a class action lawsuit against the club demanding that season tickets are refunded as both players were sold to PSG.
The Rossoneri have offered a full refund for any unwanted tickets, and it is believed a limited number of supporters have taken this action.
So far, the Diavolo have sold 19,283 season tickets, and according to Tuttosport, this could well be a new record for owner Silvio Berlusconi.
Milan’s season ticket sales have dipped below the 30,000 mark twice before. Firstly with the sale of Kaka to Real Madrid in 2009-10 only 27,865 tickets were sold and then a year later just 28,754 were bought.
