Fiorentina turn to Lyon striker after failing in Berbatov swoop
After missing out on Dimitar Berbatov, Fiorentina have turned their attention to Lyon’s Lisandro Lopez.
La Viola looked to have sealed the transfer of the Manchester United striker, but last minute moves from Juventus and Fulham scuppered the deal.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella has put the Argentine striker at the top of his list as he looks to finalised his squad for the season.
It is thought the club will use the money from Matija Nastasic’s sale to Manchester City to fund the deal.
