AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has apparently had an angry altercation with coach Max Allegri after the side’s 5-1 defeat to Real Madrid.

The two men are said to be in disagreement over the reasons for the humbling in New York, with the tactician claiming it was due to lack of concentration.

“When you play against Real Madrid you should not think it is just a friendly,” Galliani told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“We’re in New York, in front of 60,000 people, a full stadium, all eyes on him, millions of eyes connected via the TV. Milan is not playing at a Serie D side.

“Mourinho has made as many changes? But have you seen Real? Kaka, Higuain, Arbeloa. As many changes were not made.

“It was a serious mistake and I will not tolerate these figures. I’m pissed off.”
