Liverpool and Fiorentina agree wage-sharing deal for Aquilani

Liverpool and Fiorentina have come to an agreement regarding the distribution of Alberto Aquilani’s wages, reports in Italy suggest.

The two clubs are due to meet over the weekend to finalise the deal.

According to Calciomercato.com, Fiorentina will pay €1.5 million per season of the 28-year-old’s salary for the next two year, with Liverpool providing €2.5 million over the same period.

A fee of €7 million is thought to have already been agreed between the two clubs.
