AC Milan’s young starlet Stephan El Shaarawy has caught the eye of Manchester United after his recent string of impressive performances for the Rossoneri.

Il Faraone scored Milan’s lone goal against Udinese and followed that up with a brace against Cagliari which gave his side their first home victory of the season.

Rumours have emerged that the 19-year-old striker has caught the eye of Sir Alex Ferguson who is intrigued by the players ability to play multiple attacking positions.

The player is the son of an Italian mother and Egyptian father and is quickly becoming a popular figure at the San Siro.

A sale would be unlikely especially as the player has a contract with Milan that expires in June 2017.

El Shaarawy signed for Milan in the summer of 2011 after impressive season in Serie B while on loan to Padova from Genoa.
