Juventus coach Antonio Conte could be set to have his ban reduced to four months by TNAS (National Court of Arbitration for Sport).

The verdict of his appeal is set to be heard before October 7 and his initial 10 month conviction is set to be reduced.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Conte will be back on the Bianconeri bench on December 12 once the ban is reduced.

However, there is still evidence to be heard and witnesses called, but the FIGC want the affair over as soon as possible, but will not concede to eradicate Conte’s ban completely as they fear it would set a dangerous precedent.

Conte was given a ten-month ban for his part in the Calcioscommesse scandal where he was deemed to have known about match-fixing in a match between Albinoleffe and Siena, when he was coach of the Tuscan side.
