AC Milan are reportedly keen on signing Wolfsburg goalkeeper Diego Benaglio in January.
According to Tutto Mercato Web, Milan have sent scouts to search for a new keeper and the Switzerland international seems to be the perfect fit.
Benaglio is 29 years old and Milan want him to succeed in Christian Abbiati’s position as the Rossoneri keeper has struggled of late, especially on the weekend where he made comical errors in the San Paolo against Napoli.
Benaglio is estimated to be valued at around €7m and Wolfsburg are struggling domestically in the Bundesliga.
However, the shot-stopper has been consistent this term playing regularly, Milan would be making an attempt to sign the player soon as the transfer window re-opens in January.
