As the January transfer window approaches, the rumors dealing with Fernando Llorente are heating up.

Juventus have two different approaches to the acquisition of the Athletic Bilbao striker.  Either they buy him in January, or wait until June for a free-transfer move.

There has already been much talk surrounding the 27-year-old and a possible move to the Bianconeri, and it seems more and more likely that the Italian champions may be able to bring the striker to Turin.

It is reported in the Italian media that director general of the Old Lady, Giuseppe Marotta, has already received a verbal agreement from the entourage of the Spaniard whose contract expires at the end of this season, and who has already refused a renewal with his current club.

Juventus will be making a bid for Llorente in January, where they are reported to be offering an estimated €6-7 million to bring him to Turin before the end of his current deal.  However, Athletic Bilbao could reject this offer if it is not sufficient.

There is also speculation surrounding the potential move in June, where it is reported that Juventus and Marotta are ready to offer Llorente a contract of an estimated €5 million per year if they get him on a free-transfer.
