Inter president Massimo Moratti has admitted he was worried after Juventus took the lead against his team, but is proud they managed to come back.

The Bianconeri went ahead after 17 seconds thanks to an Arturo Vidal goal, though Kwadwo Asamoah was clearly in an offside position in the build-up.

“After 17 seconds I was worried that we were off to a bad start,” Moratti told Mediaset.

“When I saw the replays and that it was offside, I thought we were back to the usual story. The players did well and reacted to the injustice.

“Stramaccioni does not need to be compared to Jose Mourinho – he is good and that’s all you need to say.

“I knew for three days that he was going to use the trident. Now I am happy, as a season that seemed to be a transitional one is now getting interesting. Let’s wait before talking about targeting the Scudetto, though.”
