Torino sporting director Gianluca Petrachi expects to be contacted by AC Milan regarding a potential bid for defender Angelo Ogbonna.

The Italian international sparked interest from the Rossoneri in the summer and he could be sold at the end of the season.

“Milan may think about him. He’s a player who represents the future of the Italian National Team,” Petrachi told Sport Italia.

“He doesn’t really lack anything. He’s mentally and physically strong, as well as possessing the proper attitude.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Milan takes interest because he represents the top Italian defenders.”

However, Ogbonna wouldn’t be cheap as Torino chief Urbano Cairo values him at around €20 million (£16.2m).
