With the January transfer period approaching quickly, AC Milan are expressing their interest in adding star striker Mario Balotelli to their squad.
Milan have had a well known admiration for the Manchester City striker, and with Balotelli being a Rossoneri supporter, the feeling is mutual.
According to the Italian media, Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is looking to benefit from the problems Super Mario has been having at his current club. Although, given the economic crisis, and Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini having no intentions of selling Balotelli, this task may not be as easy as it seems.
So far, Balotelli hasn’t seen as much play this season as he would like, with his so-called “attitude problems” and a string of injuries leaving him on the bench for most of his time with The Sky Blues.
