AC Milan’s Robinho set for Flamengo switch

The former Santos prodigy could be set to follow in Ronaldinho’s footsteps and sign for the Rio de Janeiro club.

Having been linked with a return to Santos, Globo Esportes now claims Flamengo could move in the winter transfer period to improve their striking options.

The Brazilian has seen limited playing time for the Rossoneri this season, partly due to injury.

A €10m bid could tempt Milan into a sale, particularly since they have adopted their new policy of cutting the club’s wage bill.
