Premier League side are looking at ’s as a player they hope to sign to aid their leaky defence, according to reports in the British press.

The 20-year-old has been in fine form for the Rossoblu this season and scored his first goal of the season two weeks ago against .

He joined from on a co-ownership deal in January and has since gone on to show why he was so highly-rated by the Bianconeri.

Aston Villa have conceded the most goals in the Premier League having shipped 39 in 20 games while in contrast, Sorensen’s Bologna have conceded 15 less strikes.

Sorensen has so far made eight appearances for Bologna this season.
