Genoa have approached AC Milan at the Ata Hotel over the possibility of bringing in left-back Luca Antonini, say Sportitalia tonight.

This revelation came about through the player’s agent Andrea D’Amico speaking on the World Cup Special show.

He said that he had spoken with the Ligurian club about brokering a deal to bring the 30-year-old to the Marassi but in the end they decided to turn the deal down.

It is not clear when exactly the Rossoblu made their approach for the player who has been forced out of the Rossoneri side lately.
