While Juventus left Scotland with an impressive 3-0 victory over Celtic, not everyone was impressed with the Bianconeri’s performance.
Michael Owen let his feelings show on Twitter where he voiced his disgust with some of the Bianconeri’s tactics during the match.
From Twitter: “Gutted. Celtic deserve so much more. They have been outstanding. Particularly annoying having witnessed so many tricks by the Italians.”
Clearly Owen was not impressed by some of the tactics adopted by Antonio Conte and his players, but he can’t deny that the Bianconeri already have one leg in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

LOL this coming from a stoke player and an English player that pride themselves on going to battle with there opponents and digging in . Is it not the English media that go on about Italian and Spanish players going to ground too easy , now someone beats them at there own game – complain they too rough
you’d think sitting on the stoke bench and watching them play hed learn to appreciate the defensive game.
Owens is a sorry sap…he’s on the same mission as the british media which tries to disparage the Italian game…They don’t realize that their game is much dirtier instead they call it Physical…He cant accept that the Italian Team can play “their” game better too…Just accept the loss…plain and simple…When the Italian teams lose you don’t hear the Seria A player claiming that the english players just run around the field like wild horses do they?
Fooooooooooorza Juuuuuuve. Knocked out the champs 3-0…the team that put a rugby player like hooper upfront…lost 3-0 when they wanted juve scalp. Dont talk and walk walk…celtic is a great team,but so should b there players when defeated by a better team
