AC Milan’s January signing and promising young defender Bartosz Salamon has settled in well at the club and is very impressed by life at Milanello.

The 21-year-old joined from Brescia on transfer deadline day and although he has yet to feature, CEO Adriano Galliani has admitted he will get his chance in the side soon.

“My first impressions at the club have been very positive,” said the Pole to Milan Channel. “Everything here is set up in the right way to help you be the best than you possibly can be.

“I have the opportunity now to grow up in a fantastic setting alongside many champions.”

Although he has been sidelined through injury so far, he hopes to get back to full fitness and make his Rossoneri bow soon.

He said: “I am working very hard to get in shape and return to help my teammates and the older players have been helping me by giving me a lot of advice.”
