AC Milan star to address UN
AC Milan midfielder Kevin Prince Boateng will address the UN to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
The Ghanaian was invited to the event after the midfielder walked off the pitch after receiving racist abuse in a friendly with Pro Patria in January.
The trial against those accused of the abuse is still on-going and several members of the Milan squad that day have been to Busto Arsizio to testify, including Boateng and Coach Massimiliano Allegri.
Boateng will make a speech in Geneva and meet with FIFA President Sepp Blatter, who had criticized his decision to walk off the field.
