Diamanti’s mind only with Bologna
Bologna captain Alessandro Diamanti insists that he is completely focused on his performances for Bologna, amid reports of a future elsewhere.
The former West Ham playmaker has been in fantastic form ever since his move to Bologna from Brescia in 2011, and even made Cesare Prandelli’s European Championship squad last summer.
On the back of his fine form, Diamanti has been linked to some of the biggest teams on the peninsula, such as Inter and Juventus.
However, the in-demand playmaker has expressed that his focus is solely on his current side.
“All I’m concerned about is working as hard as possible and finishing the season well with Bologna,”
“I don’t think about transfer rumours.”
The Italian international played the full 90 minutes during his sides 1-0 victory against Inter, a team which he has been linked to, over the weekend.
