Jovetic to Juventus still a possibility says agent
Despite the frosty relations between Juventus and Fiorentina, Stevan Jovetic’s agent believes that a move from Florence to Turin should not be completely ruled out this summer.
Jovetic has long been admired by the Bianconeri, however, a move to Fiorentina’s fiercest rival never materialised during the past two summer transfer windows.
“Juventus? They are a possible destination like many other clubs,” Fali Ramadani told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“I hear a lot of things being said, but there is only one truth, and as I have always maintained, we will sit down with the club and decide Stevan’s future, taking into account his wishes.
“We should end the talk about meetings and new contract clauses because for us and our lawyers, the current deal he has at the moment is valid.”
Fiorentina club president Diego Della Valle has been adamantly against selling the 23-year-old to Juventus, preferring that the Montenegrin international move abroad should the Viola decide to sell him.
Jovetic is enjoying another excellent season for the Florentines, scoring 12 goals and notching four assists in 23 league appearances.
