Juventus defender dismisses PSG interest

has dismissed the rumnors indicating that he will leave for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

The Swiss defender is enjoying his second year at the club, but there have been persistent rumors that newly-rich Paris Saint-Germain are interested in capturing his services.

Lichtsteiner, who moved from to join Juventus, has this to say: “There was never any sort of contact between myself and .

“It is possible that the two clubs held discussions, but that didn’t involve me.

“I’m happy at Juventus and it would be difficult to see me leave this club.”

Lichtsteiner’s contract with the Italian giants runs through June 2015.
