Juventus favourites to take Atalanta midfielder

Juventus are in pole position to sign highly-rated Atalanta midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura at the end of the season.

According to his agent, the Bianconeri are the most likely destination for ‘Jack’ to end up if he does decide to leave the club at the end of the current season.

Giocondo Martorelli, speaking to TMW, said: “Juventus? The boy has has wanted to sign for them in the past and has definitely expressed a desire to do so.

“But it is not only them who are interested as many important teams are following him with great attention.

“When the time is right we will discuss it with the player and the club and then take it from there.”

Bonaventura scored twice for La Dea last weekend against Siena and has been one of their best players this season.
