Niang lauds AC Milan coach for being a ‘father figure’
AC Milan striker M’Baye Niang has praised coach Massimiliano Allegri for being like a father to the young Frenchmen.
The 18-year-old has received ample playing time under Allegri despite his young age, and Niang wants to repay that faith by scoring his first league goal for the club sooner rather than later.
“I saw that Balotelli was feeling better, which is a good thing,” Niang told Milan Channel.
“Allegri? He is like a father to me, he gives me the right advice and makes me work a lot.”
“I started my first away match at the Marassi and for this reason I am hoping to score my first Serie A goal for AC Milan on Friday.”
