Roma director Franco Baldini has reportedly offered AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri a three year deal to take over the Giallorossi at the end of the season, according to CalcioMercato.com

The former Cagliari tactician has been linked with a move to the capital for some time, as rumors surrounding the future of Allegri at Via Turati swirl around.

The coach has a contract with the Rossoneri that runs until 2014, but it is rumored that Silvio Berlusconi is actively looking for a replacement.

Allegri became AC Milan coach in 2010, winning a title in his first year and coming second the year after, and currently has AC Milan sitting in third position.

I wouldn’t let Allegri go, he showed he’s a good coach with bringing this new Milan side so near to the second place after that sad start to the season. Sure he makes mistakes but with few right singings and selling some current players Milan can easily challenge for title next season!
