Sampdoria defender: Cassano gave so much to Blucerchiati

defender spoke about former teammate ’s tenure at the Ligurian based side.

Samp host Cassano’s current club on Wednesday with the forward set to play against his old team.

“Antonio gave so much to Sampdoria, even if he did make a few mistakes,” Gastaldello told Sky Sport Italia.

“The best memory was when we qualified for the having reached fourth place. That will be a lasting memory for everyone.

Cassano, 30, has scored seven goals in 25 games for the Nerazzurri in this season.
