Sampdoria have officially put forward plans to the local council for a new stadium in the port city.
On Friday morning, president Eduardo Garrone and and CEO Rinaldo Sagramola as well as a number of engineers took their plans to the city authorities.
They are proposing the development of the new stadium in the Fiera Internazionale area of the city, on the waterfront.
