Serie AFollowing a number of discussions between the Lega Serie A and the top flight’s clubs, it seems a reserve league could be introduced to play for next season.

The league have proposed a league that would see players not regularly featuring for their clubs play alongside Primavera and other youth players in a Monday night league.

It is not clear though yet how many of the clubs will agree to these proposals and as it stands, eight of the 20 top tier sides have already agreed to the proposition.

Those eight clubs who will take part in the new reserve league are AC Milan, Juventus, Inter, Sampdoria, Udinese, Bologna, Parma and Atalanta.
