Long-time Lazio target Nadir Belhadj is still no closer to a move to the Italian capital with the Biancocelesti and Al-Sadd of the Qatari Stars League unable to agree a fee for the full-back.

Lalaziosiamonoi.it are reporting that an amount of around €300,000 is the source of disagreement between the two clubs, however, there are also suggestions that the player is yet to agree personal terms with Lazio.

The 30-year-old international has spent the majority of his career in France, the country of his birth, largely with clubs consistently struggling for Ligue 1 survival or promotion to the top flight. However, in 2007 Belhadj made a €3.24 million move to champions Olympique Lyon, but made just nine appearances.

A move to Premier League side Portsmouth in 2009 was more successful, helping them survive relegation and becoming an integral part of the Algerian side that successfully qualified for the 2010 World Cup finals in South Africa.

With Portsmouth entering administration during his last season with the club, Belhadj made his last appearance as a substitute in the 2010 FA Cup Final before joining Al-Sadd, where he has spent the last three seasons.
