Adriano Galliani has told press that Robinho will not be leaving AC Milan this summer.

The Brazilian has been linked away from Italy for some time, openly expressing the desire to return home and play in Brazil with Santos.

However, Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has told reporters not to expect a homecoming to happen this transfer window.

“Robinho is under contract with Milan and will remain in Milan” Galliani announced. “He’s not going to leave. Everything is possible in football, but in principle he should remain in Milan.

Robinho has numerous suitors in Brazil, including Santos, Fluminese and apparently now Internacional.

“Interest from Internacional? I’m aware of it, but now we have to think to qualify in the Champions League” Galliani concluded.

Why not? Robinho is slow, he scores a goal once in every 10 attempts at best, and he cannot play serious football for 90 minutes. Get some money while you can Galliani and use it to bring some real attacking force!
