el shaarawy - ac milanReports are circulating that AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has met with Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade to discuss a swap between Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy and Fiorentina forward Stevan Jovetic.

Galliani recently admitted that “anything is possible” in the transfer market, and Milan were reportedly open to bids of around €30 million for El Shaarawy.

According to Italian news website Il Sole 24 Ore, Galliani would view the acquisition of Jovetic as a response to Juventus’s ‘theft’ of Carlos Tevez, who Galliani told press “wouldn’t betray him” before the Argentine made the official move to Juventus on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Fiorentina have been listening to bids for Jovetic but none so far have matched their €30m evaluation of the 23-year-old.

Given that both club’s valuations of their players are the same, a straight swap could be feasible.
