Fiorentina and Napoli target Aleksandar Mitrovic will not be leaving Partizan this summer according to the clubs president.
Tuttomercatoweb.com are reporting that the 18-year-old was close to joining Premier League club Arsenal.
However Dragan Djuric, president of Partizan, has stated that Mitrovic will be staying at the club for at least one more season, insisting that his value to the club can only increase in the future.
“Mitrovic will start with us this summer, and will stay for at least another year.” Djuric told Sportskog.
“His value will surely grow.”
Despite just one season at Partizan, where he netted 15 times in 36 appearances, the youngster has already appeared for the Serbian national side.
