Carlos Tevez Manchester CityJuventus have reportedly wrapped up the signing of Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez for a fee of €12 million plus bonuses.

Argentinian newspaper Ole reports that the Bianconeri have beaten AC Milan in the race to sign the 29-year-old striker.

The report states that the Old Lady will pay the Citizens €12 million plus bonuses for the former Boca Juniors star, while Tevez will sign a contract paying him €5 million a season until 2016.

Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta was reported as being in London on Tuesday to continue talks with Manchester City officials and these latest reports would indicate that his trip was indeed a fruitful one.

Tevez joined Manchester City in 2009 from city rivals Manchester United, and has gone on to score 58 goals in the Premier League in 107 appearances for the Citizens, helping them to the league title in 2011/12.

As Milan fan I’m happy that Tevez is going to Juventus, because the way Milan acts in this transfer window so far is pathetic and not worthy of the club status!
