The 21-year-old is on currently on duty for Italy at the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

Mediaset Premium reports that while no talks have taken place, Tottenham are interested in the Bergamo native.

However, no deal can take place before Gabbiadini’s future is resolved. Despite being on loan at Bologna last season, the player is currently co-owned by Juventus and Atalanta.

In 30 appearances for the Rossoblu, Gabbiadini netted six goals in helping the club to a 13th place finish.

  1. He’s described as a forward, which I assume means he spends quite a bit of time within shooting distance. He’s 21 but playing with the big boys he’s only scored 6 goals in the last 30 appearances? I hope his assists number in the dozens. Or are Spurs looking at price and “potential” again?
