Bologna ask for Juventus defender to be included in Diamanti deal

Diamanti - Bologna v RomaAfter Juventus’ interest in versatile Italian forward Alessandro Diamanti, Bologna have asked left wing-back for Paolo De Ceglie to be included in the deal.

The Bianconeri and Felsinei are looking to exact a deal that would make both teams happy, giving Bologna a much sought after left back and a man to fill Giaccherini’s boots.

Tuttosport reports that Danish defender Frederik Sorensen will additionally be discussed, he is currently co-owned by the two clubs and his future will be talked over as well.

Prices have yet to be discussed but the two clubs share a successful history on the market with Marco Motta, Manolo Gabbiadini and Michele Pazienza all wearing the Bologna and Juventus jerseys in recent years.

Alessandro Diamanti has played two seasons wearing the Bologna colours, amassing 64 appearances, 14 goals and the captain’s armband.
