AC Milan - Mathieu FlaminiMathieu Flamini has admitted he will leave AC Milan after he said he was disappointed with the contract offer he received.

The 29-year old defensive midfielder struggled to cement his place in the Diavolo’s lineup and has generally been in an out of the team for the last five years.

“I’m not going to accept the offer of only two years,” he told Corriere dello Sport.

“At 29, after five season with the Rossoneri, and after the four important goals I scored last season, I deserved diffferent treatment.

“I am disappointed, and I’m going my own way.

“My future? Anything is possible.”

The Frenchman joined the Rossoneri in 2008 on a free transfer from Arsenal.
