Brazilian defender Maicon and former international goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis are set to join Roma this week.
The 31-year-old Maicon joined Manchester City back in August 2012 signing for a fee of £3 million, as for goalkeeper Morgan De Scantis he joined Napoli back in 2009 on a fee of €1.5 million.
According to Il Messaggero, both will likely join the Gioallorossi sometime this week pending medicals.
It is thought a fee of between €5.5-7m will be spent in total for both players.
Last season Maicon started 11 games for City, while De Sanctis he made 34 appearances for the Partenopei.
