Crystal Palace and Fulham interested in Inter flop
The Argentine-born Italy international only joined the Nerazzurri in January 2013 for €6 million from Atalanta, but struggled to make an impact at the San Siro and has since been completely frozen out by Inter coach Walter Mazzarri, who left Schelotto out of the side’s pre-season tour of America.
According to Sky Sports, the player’s agent Augusto Carpeggiani has been told to find his client a new club and that has led Palace and Fulham to respond by stepping up their interest in the speedy winger.
The Milan outfit are reportedly willing to listen to any offers for Schelotto, with a season-long loan with an option to buy considered the most realistic outcome.
Schelotto made 12 appearances for Inter in the 2012-13 Serie A season, and scored one goal that came in the Milan derby.
