Duncan Happy To Be Back At Livorno
Duncan spent the last season at the Armando Picchi Stadium and it was a successful spell as he helped the Amaranto clinch promotion to the Italian top flight.
Now the midfielder has returned to the Serie A new-boys and has said to LivornoCalcio.it that he is delighted to be back in the north-west.
“I am very happy to put on this shirt and be here with my friends with whom I won promotion with.
This is a beautiful place, I was immediately at ease and I’m ready to fight to get the team safe in the league,” the Ghanaian continued.
The 20-year-old’s team mate Ibrahima Mbaye has also made the loan move to the the Mullets as he hopes to gain experience in Serie A.
Mbaye also spoke to Livornocalcio.it about his move and what he wanted to achieve from it.
“I’ve been in Italy for five years and now I’m ready for this new experience.
“For me it will be an important test, to play in is a great opportunity and I want to exploit it well.
“I’m here to give everything and I’m ready to put myself at the service of the team,” the youngster finished.
