Fiorentina could lose young starlet
Fiorentina midfielder Rafal Wolski has warned he that he could leave the Viola having not successfully worked his way into Vincenzo Montella’s first choice eleven.
Wolski, who joined Fiorentina from Legia Warsaw in January 2013, played just 31 minutes in one Serie A match last season for the club.
“The situation is difficult, as there are many players who are in my role” the 20-year-old Pole told Violanews.com.
“I could leave Fiorentina on loan and I don’t think there would be any problem if I found a club that would let me play.
“For now I haven’t discussed it with anyone, but my situation will be clearer over the next few days.”
Wolski won the Polish cup in both of his two full senior seasons with his former Polish club, making a total of 25 appearances in all competitions and finding the net 6 times.
His move to Fiorentina half way through the 2012-13 season brought a fee of €2.5 million.
