Inter starlet still holding out for move to Hellas Verona
The 21-year-old has only recently returned to full training after recovering from a shoulder injury sustained while on loan at Espanyol last season.
As a result the Nerazzurri are keen to loan him out for the upcoming campaign in order to secure him regular first team football.
Sportitalia report that Longo, who has already turned down an offer from Livorno earlier this summer, once again said no to a loan move to the Amaranto on Wednesday night.
It is believed that the Treviso native is holding out for a loan move to Verona despite the Nerazzurri’s attempts to steer him to a move to the Tuscan club.
Longo made 18 appearances while on loan at Espanyol last season, scoring three goals.
