BacinovicPalermo midfielder Armin Bacinovic is a transfer target for Serie B sides Brescia and Modena.

Although the Rosanero are also in Serie B now, the 23-year-old Slovenian international looks set to continue his experience in Italy’s second-tier.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Brescia are interested in the central midfielder but Modena, who have interested in Bacinovic for some time, look like the favourites to sign him.

Bacinovic spent the last season on loan with Hellas Verona, who gained promotion into Serie A but they decided not to keep him on a permanent basis.

The midfielder arrived at Palermo in 2010 from Slovenian club Maribor, after putting on some impressive displays in 2010-11 UEFA Europa League qualifiers.

Bacinovic was a regular starter for the Rosanero in his first season, playing 33 Serie A matches in 2010-11 but lost his place in the starting line-up once coach Delio Rossi left the club.
