PSV Eindhoven coach knows AC Milan will put up a tough fight
The two clubs will square off at the Phillips Stadion and Cocu knows that his side must be near perfect if they want to come out of the tie with a positive result.
‘We must only count on our strengths,” he stated as reported by Milannews.it.
“I am curious to match up against a top club like Milan. I saw several of the Rossoneri’s matches during the preseason and I think that they will be in better form than those matches.
“I have a very clear idea about them on an individual level and as a team. They really have a lot of quality and it will not be easy to match-up against them.
“These matches come down to details, just like in 2005 when we were ahead by two goals and then a detail [Massimo Ambrosini's goal] decided the match.
“When you play at such a high level you must lower the percentage of mistakes you make, if not you will be punished.”
