The Saints have built up a good rapport with the Rossoblu having signed Gaston Ramirez from them last summer and also returned to Serie A over the weekend to sign Pablo Osvaldo from Roma.

The Danish defender is co-owned by Bologna and Juventus but played last season at the Dall’Ara but according to Tuttosport has attracted serious interest from the English sides.

Turin’s sports paper also claims that the Felsinei would be more than happy to sell the player as they need money and would also be getting the player off of their wage bill.

Sorensen, 21, is currently on a deal worth just under €300,000 per season.
