AC Milan have been linked with a January move for Barcelona midfielder Alex Song.
The Cameroonian, 26, was only signed from Arsenal in the summer of 2012 but has been linked with a January transfer to the Rossoneri to bolster the squad’s chronic defensive woes.
AC Milan may face competition from English champions Manchester United who are also looking at the former Arsenal man, according to The Daily Express.
However, Spanish newspaper Sport claim the Cameroonian international will try and impress new Blaugrana coach Gerardo Martino and force his way into the coach’s plans which could potentially scupper a January exit.
Song has only made 22 appearances and scored once during his stint in Spain.
