Allegri: I’m happy with AC Milan squad
The Rossoneri played a friendly against Swiss club Chiasso on Saturday, which they won 4-0, and the tactician was able to test out some of his new players due to a number of the team’s regular starters being away on international duty.
Allegri spoke after the friendly victory about his squad and commented on the condition of young midfielder Riccardo Saponara.
“I’m happy because now with the latest arrivals, AC Milan is more complete,” said the 46-year-old Diavolo boss as reported by Gazzetta.it.
“Our group of attackers offers us many different solutions.
“We will play every three days and there will be room for everyone.
“Saponara? He’s overcome past physical problems and will be useful throughout the course of the season.
“He’s a young guy. The younger players must ensure gradual and serene growth.”
