Arsenal plan January move for Inter midfielder
The Gunners’ scouts have monitored him for the past few months and Wenger is believed to be keen to bring him to north London.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is an admirer of the highly rated Danish Under-21 international.
The Inter midfielder is rated as one his country’s brightest young prospects, and Inter moved quickly to snap him up from Brondby earlier this year.
The Gunners are yet to make a formal bid for the 19-year-old, but they have sounded Inter out over the possibility of a loan move with a future option to buy.
Inter rejected that proposal outright, as Olsen is highly rated at the San Siro, telling the London club that they are wasting their time over their pursuit of the player.
However this has not ended Arsenal’s interest in the Dane who is the reported targets of numerous clubs across Europe.
