Juventus accept Lazio bid for striker
The capital club were seemingly hours away from signing Galatasaray’s Burak Yilmaz but the move has collapsed, forcing the capital club to focus on other targets.
According to SportItalia Lazio have had their bid for Quagliarella accepted, but rivals Roma have also seen their offer accepted by the Bianconeri meaning it will be up to the Napoli born striker to decide where he wants to move.
The 30 year-old striker would have been forced to compete with Fernando Llorente, Carlos Tevez, Mirko Vucinic and Sebastian Giovinco for a starting spot in Turin making a move away from Juventus Stadium all the more likely.
West Ham United and West Bromwich have also expressed an interest in signing Quagliarella though it remains to be seen if he would accept a move to England.
The Italian international played 35 games for Juventus last season scoring 13 goals.
