Real Madrid star set to return to AC Milan on Monday after agreeing to a contract
The 31-year-old revealed last week that he was looking to leave Los Blancos after four disappointing seasons with the club, and it appears as though his wish will come true as he has agreed to move to the Rossoneri after finalizing a contract with the Italian side on Sunday night.
With Real Madrid willing to part with the former Ballon d’Or winner for free, gianlucadimarzio.com are reporting that there are some clauses in the deal that will see the Spanish side bring in some money should Kaka achieve some personal bonuses like a return to the Brazilian national team.
As for his contract, Kaka has agreed to take a significant wage cut and will net €4.4 million a season plus bonuses, a far cry from the €10m he was set to earn with the Spanish giants over the next two season.
Milan had initially asked that his wages be lowered to €4m with the Brazilian’s representatives asking for €6m, but negotiations proved fruitful and a compromise was agreed upon.
Kaka is set to land in Italy around the noon hour and will undergo a medical before completing his return to the Serie A after four seasons in La Liga.
